Phoebe has curly hair
BJ | June 24, 2009 2:33 pmAt the very least Phoebe has wavy hair. It does random things after she wakes up. Sometimes having her hair up in a sprout/tail or two will cause a hair explosion that’s hard to contain.
Good thing we have a camera.
